Fleet Nation's Massachusetts assistant state manager, DJ Justyn Tyme’s love for music is as old as he is. The Boston-born DJ’s love affair with radio, however, began in 1995 while appearing on the popular overnight show “The Crosswinds” as a guest DJ. The R&B ballad formatted program, which was hosted by Hartford, Connecticut-based on air personality Lady Soul, aired on WERS 88.9fm in Boston and featured slow jam favorites such as “Settle for my love” by Patrice Rushen SWV’s classic hit “Weak, " and Keith Sweat's monster ballad “I’lll give all my love to you." DJ Justyn Tyme was instrumental in introducing those timeless songs, and others to the Emerson College radio station's vast audience.
“The Love Session" produced and hosted by popular DJ Chuck Chillin' out of Central Massachusetts, began featuring DJ Justyn Tyme and DJ Sha-Boo effectively took over the show and later, launched the hugely popular early morning show “The Wreckroom Show”. The duo's Hip-Hop and R&B formatted show ran for two years on WCUW and was later picked up by Nicholas Colleges WNRC 97.5fm in nearby Dudley, Massachusetts. DJ Justyn Tyme has hosted other radio shows including “The Soul Kitchen” on UK-based London energy radio and a rebooted version of “The Iron Chef Show” on Boston's FLAVA 99. In addition to his current position as the “Keri's Korner" radio show's mix show DJ where his blends and playlists are heard on the show's eight networks. DJ Justyn Tyme’s grooves can be heard on his popular revamped version of “The Soul Kitchen” on Hustle Fam radio.
